<half-hearted rant>I hate forms. Especially vendor's customer satisfaction forms with millions of questions that take forever to fill in. They seem to have the uncanny ability to make the phone ring / people come to your desk as soon as you start them, and time out before you complete, thus having to do it all over again..</half-hearted rant>
Despite the pain, I try to remember to fill them in when one of our vendors does a good job.
It seems the vendors are well aware of techies chronic lack of attention span/time, so it was a lovely suprise to check my mail this morning to discover that I had received some free itunes vouchers from Cisco and free travellers cheques from McAfee as thank yous for providing feedback.
Perhaps its not such a pain after all ;o)
